Traci serves as Commercial Escrow Officer for Chicago Title’s Dayton National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. An industry veteran, she joined the NCS in 1992 and conducts escrow closings for commercial multi-site, apartment complexes, shopping centers, and agricultural transactions. Traci reviews recordable and authority documents, and prepares closing statements, deeds, and affidavits. She also handles recordings, issuance of title policies, and construction updates/endorsements.

Born and raised in the Dayton area, Traci has been married to her best friend for 31 years and has two beautiful daughters 25 and 22. She loves to hike, photograph nature/wildlife, and cheer on her Green Bay Packers.
